One of my favorite radio stations is cbc radio 2. Although I still like the old hosts and program better, Julie Nesrallah who hosts her show "Tempo" from 10:00-13:00hrs told a funny story today. Forgive me if the story is broken or slightly off in the beginning because I was working and listening at the same time in my studio....

There was an old lady out in the park who got robbed by 2 younger men who approached her. One men snatched the lady's purse, and both ran off thinking they were successful. The old lady hesitated to chase after the men with her purse, but realized her pension papers were inside. Instantly she got off her seat and ran straight towards the guy and grabbed him by his collar! By shock the young man dropped her purse and got away, but she got her purse back. Turns out this old lady was a former athlete and still physically in shape as a swimmer...~


The moral to this story is... exercise pays!
