So, finally after 2 years of working part-time for an employer, while doing my own business, it was finally the right time to say sayonara! What's up and coming is a new website for Simply Sweet and will be launched later with more features, more options, more design and more pictures! My life-time partner has all of a sudden become my life-time programmer. What would I do without him!~ I never knew sitting down and working long hours in front of a computer can be so painful for me and I wasn't even the one programming... I'm one of those people who need to move around and do a lot of things to enjoy my work. Thank God I'm in the flower business! But like the old saying goes..."Works smarter, not harder!"
For the time being, really trying to use my time wisely such as plan for the few wedding projects I have waiting and reading floral design books because I never had the time to while working for someone else. I realized Floral Art has a lot of history and very much involved with architectural designs really where all the floral design begins; from Greek, Roman, Baroque to Victorian period, all the way up to now. There is so much to learn, and it's really awesome!
