Life after marriage
I realized it's been a long while since I wrote on my blog...
Life has been sweet after marriage and many more life time memories to come. Marriage is awesome, and I can truly relate to each and every brides stress before the wedding day. One important thing I may suggest is pre-marital counseling a couple of months before the wedding. It was a great deal of help and understanding between me and my spouse before we got married. It cleared up a lot of mis-communication or lack of expressing. One tip in marriage is don't get married having expectations. The best way to go is to NOT have expectation from your spouse. I'm not saying NONE, but be reasonable. Although it takes two to create a beautiful family so work hard! Help each other and support each other. Never act in a self-centered manner and learn your spouse's love language. Here's the book!
Good news is I have a buddy getting married next year in September 2008 and I have the honor to do her wedding flowers as well. Her color theme is tiffany blue and white...and she is asian! yikes! For asians white and blue are only used for funerals, but both sides of the parents are pretty modern so the couple got away with it. phew~ Can't wait to see how it turns out!
